Compared to the other ASPs we have had to interact with, you are by far the most responsive; have the fastest turn around time for LRIT testing, best email/phone communication response time, have been accomodating with providing documentary evidence for the class societies on short notice, addressed any problems that arose in a timely manner so that they may be rectified and resolved for the owner in the shortest time possible and refered us to other approved ASP’s in those cases which you may not be able to provide us service.
